Go Mustangs! Whether you’re visiting with your future Mustang or looking to explore, California Polytechnic State University has a beautiful campus with several points of interest. Take a Drive! San Luis Obispo’s central location and proximity to the scenic Highway 1 and 101 Freeway make it easy to jump in the car to explore. Head North up the Coast to San Simeon and Big Sur, or South to the Santa Ynez Valley.
